First and foremost, I'd like to thank the Roth family and the organizers of Pro Wrestling Valor for having me aboard. The experience has been incredible, and being around some of the best talent in the industry has truly been an honor. Under different circumstances, I'd look forward to continuing a very good run with the company.
However, sadly, that until further notice cannot be. Once again, Twitter has decided for reasons the outlet will not divulge, has locked another one of my accounts. Not even one that had anything to do with wrestling.
This has happened on several occasions with my personal account, along with my wife's personal account. Each time, only being offered the generic explanation of "security issue" while refusing to go into specifics on what said issues are. These repeated instances over the last few months that have proven to be disruptive to my ability to properly promote my matches, as well as the interests of my family's business.
Therefore, after several meetings with my business manager and members of my staff, we have come to the agreement that Twitter's handling of said accounts has rendered their platform unsuitable for further consideration, and we'll will not only seek out a new online medium to promote, we WILL be bringing up a class action lawsuit against the company for misconduct, acting in bad faith, and intentional disruption of legal business practises.
This also means I am no longer legally able to fulfill my contractual obligations to PWV in regards to promoting the company and the fights they book and oversee. This will also be addressed in civil court, as Twitter's arbitrary and ineffective handling of their operations has now cost me a potential lucrative payout.
I apologise for the route I am taking, as I had hoped these issues would not reoccur, but they have. I can no longer work with the social media entity, and will not until this matter is resolved in a court of law.
Until then, I must step aside. It is my sincerest hope that one day I may return to this company. However, until I am certain I am able to perform to job without interference and complications from a platform that reaps rewards from the promotional activities of myself and other fighters in our industry, I must take my leave until further notice.
Thank you for letting me be a part of this company. I hope to one day return, and focus on providing a Hugh quality product for this organization and its great fans.
